What we collect
When you book we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the course, date and location you choose, and your driving licence number. Card payments are processed by Stripe; CBTgo never sees or stores your full card details.
How we use it
To take your payment, to place your booking with the partner training school allocated to you, and to send you your confirmation and course updates. The school uses your details to deliver your training. If you ticked the box for rider tips and offers, we may email you occasionally; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the training school delivering your course, and the service providers we need to run bookings (payment processing and email). We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deliver your booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. Email info@cbtgo.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Using this website
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you search by postcode, the postcode is sent to postcodes.io to find its location.
